This is my latest procedural material made in Substance Designer. I'm a huge fan of pizza (who isn't?) and I wanted to to test my abilities in Substance Designer by created a NYC style pizza material. I also added some textured plastic red cups as a nod to the 1990's Pizza Hut cups I loved as a kid. The pizzas are both procedural, except for the basil which started as a handpainted mask in Photoshop which was then made into a height and normal in Substance Designer. I then made several copies in 3DS Max to create an atlas and I randomly bent and deformed them to create variation. The atlas was baked in Marmoset and then scattered in Substance Designer via the Atlas Scatter node. Everything is made by me except for the materials for the floor, wall, table and booths. Those were pick ups from the Marmoset library, used only for presentation. All modelling was done by myself.
I hope this makes you hungry!
